SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at help@pawpalette.store within 7 days. We currently ship within the United States only.
